Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art. It works by channeling the universal life force (Rei) Energy (Ki) from god/universe through the practitioner to the person wishing to heal. As the practitioner you are the facilitator in the healing process. Reiki has an intelligence of its own and goes to where it is needed most. It balances and relaxes the body and puts it in a place where it can begin to heal itself.
As a mother, a wife, and a human being, Kristin finds it incredibly beneficial to know about and to be able to use Reiki in her everyday life. From soothing a sick child, to helping an injured pet, to releasing years of your own physical or emotional pain, it is a tool you can use forever.
Level I – training includes the history and discussion of Reiki, handouts, attunement and practice time. After this class you will be able to do hands on healing for yourself and others.
Level II – training includes discussion of Reiki experiences, question & answer time, handouts, attunement, and practice time. After this class you will be able to do long distance healings and have an additional tool to reach deeper levels of healing.
Master Level – training includes discussion of Reiki experiences, question & answer time, hand-outs (if needed), attunement, and practice time. After this class you will be able to teach Reiki and attune others to its healing energy.
