As far back as I can remember I have wanted to help people heal. If there is such a thing as a life's mission, it feels to me that it is to assist others (and myself) in evolution, growth, and healing. I have wanted to be a massage therapist for most of my life. As my father was the founder of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, Canada, it has been an integral part of my family history. I have believed for many years now, that massage therapy should be something that is easily accessible to the entire population. The positive effect it has on us physiologically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, has a tremendous effect of our quality of life.

I attended and graduated from the Florida School of Massage, and was a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida. Now that I operate in Vancouver, Canada, I offer therapeutic holistic bodywork that utilizes my massage education and experience achieved in Florida.

The main modalities that I currently practice and utilize are a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT), Swedish Relaxation, and Deep Tissue. Whether your intention is to alleviate pain, improve range of motion, or to just relax and feel good, I want to work WITH you throughout that process. It is always a priority of mine to ensure that my clients feel heard and valued.


For those looking for deeper level healing and change, I also highly recommend Holographic Kinetics sessions to address the mental/emotional components of stress and unresolved trauma that we hold in the body to create more lasting peace and relaxation in body, mind, and spirit.

As I am not an RMT, sessions are not covered through insurance.
